Our Story
Building a Stronger Sandtown Through Faith and Action
Founded in 2016, C.U.T.S. is a faith-led nonprofit with a mission to uplift the Sandtown-Winchester community through service, collaboration, and compassion. Over time, we’ve grown into a unified network of churches, partners, and residents working together to improve housing, health, education, and economic opportunity in West Baltimore.

To advance health equity, mitigate health disparities, and enhance access to quality medical care and lifestyle resources. C.UT.S. endeavors to breakdown inter-institutional silos and encourage inter-institutional collaboration that supports and improves the quality of life of Sandtown-Winchester Harlem Park residents by alleviating hunger, improving health outcomes, developing critical workforce and personal skills that support residents in restoring and replenishing and renovating Sandtown.
